The Performance Saddlefits Store ships all products from our Adelaide warehouse. Once ordered your product will be dispatched via Australia Post within 3 business days although we do strive to send the same or next business day when possible especially for express.

Depending on your location (whether you are rural or metro), delivery time frames are currently around 1 - 3 days for Express post and 2 - 6 days for Parcel post but this is a guide only and is out of our control once the parcel is with Australia Post. We apologise in advance if there are any delays from Australia Post in getting your parcel to you within the time frames.

Whilst we know you aim for the right fit first time, due to the nature of our range you may not always get it right.  Once you receive your order, you can try it on your horse for size and products that are the wrong size can be exchanged for a different size provided they are in the same new and clean condition as when dispatched.
