If this product is out of stock it can be ordered in (or if you want a different colour!). We order from Mattes every 3 - 4 weeks and there is usually a 5 - 6 week wait time for custom products (less for their in stock items) depending on when in the order cycle you order.We send an invoice for a 50% deposit before ordering and the balance is due when the product is on its way so we can quickly post it out to you as soon as it arrives. 

All you need to let us know via email is exactly what you want and your name, email, postal address and phone number for the invoice.

Note:
There is a possibility of dye bleeding into the horses hair or other materials from dark or bright colored skin, because of the horses-sweat or use of unsuitable washing detergent.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. You can return it for an exchange or refund - shipping costs are not refundable.

Special offers/clearance bin items/2nd hand items & custom orders are exempt from this policy but talk to us for other options that may be available.
