EA Mattes girths are made in Poland from the finest materials including wool that is sourced from Australia. Real lambswool provides the ultimate cushioning and softness for your horse giving protection against rubbing, galling and overall discomfort and is great for the sensitive types!

Wool is also a natural and breathable material and the ideal girth material as it's properties include heat dissemination, breathability and ability to reduce friction meaning your horse will stay more comfortable and cooler giving you a happier horse and a better ride. With only the best quality raw materials used the girths give you longevity (when cared for properly) and thus good value for money. 

They feature a detachable sheepskin cover making it easy for you to remove and wash - if you follow the EA Mattes care guidelines this can be done many times and ensure a long life for your girth. You can also purchase separate covers allowing you to wash one while you use the other eliminating the need for down time while you wait for the cover to dry! Also enables the same girth (where appropriate) to be used on multiple horses by each horse having its own cover. 

The ANATOMIC girth is made for the horse with an average girth groove placement and uncomplicated confirmation allowing for the girth to sit in the natural position without interfering with the elbow. This gives your horse freedom of movement allowing them to stride out and not be crowded in the elbow area. 

If this product is out of stock it can be ordered in (or if you want a different colour!). We order from Mattes every 3 - 4 weeks and there is usually a 5 - 6 week wait time for custom products (less for their in stock items) depending on when in the order cycle you order.We send an invoice for a 50% deposit before ordering and the balance is due when the product is on its way so we can quickly post it out to you as soon as it arrives.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. You can return it for an exchange or refund - shipping costs are not refundable.

Special offers/clearance bin items/2nd hand items & custom orders are exempt from this policy but talk to us for other options that may be available.
